ThriveThrough, the first online frontier of its kind. Our online community is designed to blend offline communities and virtual online communities into one all-encompassing master collaboration of Preppers, Permaculturists, Minarchists, Ancaps, Libertarians and Homesteaders.
The ThriveThrough community empowers us to share ideas, build connections to other like minded individuals, conduct open source research, tailor training to our communities’ demands and directly communicate with customers and clients. We also provide members with a way to directly exchange information, build communities, and work on projects and courses from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
We do this in three steps...
Build educational material to prepare for and better intentional communities, neighborhoods and teams. This material is in the form of courses, articles, forums and tutorials.
Make connections with like minded individuals.
Build the teams, neighborhoods and intentional communities using the education material from step 1.
Build your team, neighborhood or intentional community. Share your experiences with the community so that others can build off of your successes and avoid your failures.
ThriveThrough operates as a Holacracy organization under PermaEthos
ThriveThrough does not operate under a typical hierarchy. Hierarchy's don't work in government, why would we expect them to work in a community? We wouldn't. That is why ThriveThrough adopted the holacracy model.
All of our staff members belong to roles within ThriveThrough. There are not Presidents, VP's, directors, managers, etc etc...
The traditional hierarchy is reaching its limits, but “flat management” alternatives lack the rigor needed to run a business effectively. Holacracy is a third-way: it brings structure and discipline to a peer-to-peer workplace.
More autonomy to teams and individuals
Unique decision-making process
